Welcome to Farm Cafe in Brighton

FARM cafe in the heart of the North Laine in Brighton is where food-lovers meet to taste nutritious and delicious hot and cold food and drink, buy seasonal produce, reduce their food miles, and support their local farmers, producers and growers in the process.

The food you eat here comes predominantly from our own farms and our sister farms in Sussex. We also source local produce from other suppliers where we cannot provide it ourselves. Our food focuses on locality, husbandry, sustainability, freshness and taste.

COOKING WITH THE SEASONS

Daily in our North Laine kitchens our chefs cook soups, roast joints of meat, cure salt beef, bake cakes, and prepare seasonal specials. Our bread comes from The Lighthouse Bakery near Bodiam Castle. Their bakers hand-mould each individual loaf and use long fermentation times to develop the flavour.

If you care about reducing your food miles and if you want to support your local farmers and growers, then why not pop into FARM and enjoy a delicious slice of the country?

FRESH FROM THE FARM

If you want your food to taste good you have to know where to find it!

Business lunch?

FARM supplied the catering for VisitBrightons first Partner event of 2010. It was superb with plenty of canapes to suit all tastes. Their produce is locally sourced, mostly from their own farms, and feedback was very positive. We would definitely consider using them again.
